How To Lower Cholesterol

Are you struggling to lower your cholesterol? Here are some tips to help you.

1) You have probably heard it all before but it's true, exercise, eating well, and losing weight can lower blood pressure, lower your heart rate, and decrease your risk of diabetes and other diseases.

2) While higher cholesterol is often a consequence of aging, young people can have it too. But no matter your age, it poses a big health risk. That's because unhealthy cholesterol levels can boost your risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other problems.
